What can I say about Butler & Stag. The whole service from day 1 was brilliant. As soon as James Brough stepped into my flat and we started talking I knew he was a genuine person. He understood my situation and listened and did not just try and sell the service. I did not even think twice in appointing him and butler & Stag as my agent . To sell a house is stressful and very emotional. That's what some sales people do not recognise . But James listened to me and spoke to me not just as a customer but more like a friend .
