Yet as we begin to look ahead with a great deal of positivity, I think we’re all realising how much we’ve lost; but with the losses has come a great deal of learning. For businesses, that has meant adapting to operate in the new normal, which for us has involved letting properties via virtual calls and eliminating physical viewings by offering 3D virtual tours.
Throughout the pandemic, the property industry has been in particular focus, with the behaviour patterns of city dwellers, and those who no longer need to commute on a daily basis, changing sales and lettings markets both in and outside of the capital.
Our homes have become the centre of experience, so it’s no surprise that more and more people want to radically rethink their living situation.
Meanwhile, as the year unfolds, we will continue to go the extra mile for you, our clients and customers, and we would like to thank you for your continued support.
